    The service is the worst I have ever experienced.
    No body knows anything and shrugs their shoulders.
    The tellers are incompetent and has n9 product knowledge.
    The others all have heavy accents that are barely comprehendable .

    Changing bank soon.
    But my question is being such a big bank how did it come to this. Almost like a franchise trying to save money and delivering crap service.
